Layer 0 的配置：
Organizational Structure
Financial Accounting
Cost/Profit Center Accounting
Materials Management
Sales and Distribution
Quality Management
Production Planning and Control
其中对组织结构的配置和对财务帐号的配置以前做过，感觉难度不是很大。不过由于配置的过程中相互关联太多，很多时候都不清楚应该先做哪个。比如配置新的公司前必须指定CHART OF ACCOUNT，这是财务的事。

比较奇怪的是对货币的定义：怎么是CNY？而不是RMB
